Elite trout feed is the successor to Hi-Performance and our new diet
incorporates all the benefits gained from many years of commercial
trials aimed at matching specifications to farms requirements.

Elite feed is formulated on the basis of the latest nutritional
research from ARC which has established the disgesibility
coefficients of nutrients in different feed ingredients. These
results allow us to formulate with increasing accuracy. Thus, Elite
has a slightly lower crude protein content than Hi-Performance but
offers the same levels of digestible amino acids. The end result is
a diet which produces the same growth rates as Hi-Performance but
with a slightly better feed efficiency (FCR) and at a lower cost.

Commercial-scale feeding trials have proven this to be a good
general-purpose feed which is ideally suited for less intensive
farming systems. However, Elite should not be considered when
optimum FCRs and/or the fastest growth rates are the main objectives
of the farmer.
