BLUE DOG
The Blue Dog is an interactive CD rom that has been designed by
veterinarians, dog behaviourists, paediatricians, child psychologists
and educationalists to provide a powerful educational tool for parents
and children aged between 3 - 6 years. The aim of Blue Dog is to help
prevent dog bites in children under 7 years of age. As the majority of
dog bites happen in the home by a family dog to children under 7 years,
particularly when the child is unsupervised by an adult or parent,
Blue Dogs aim is to educate both parents and children alike. Through
fun and active learning, Blue Dog shows how young children should behave
with dogs in the home, optimising their safety and the wellbeing of the family
pet dog.
