25% Legende Chewings Fescue
5% Highland Browntop Bentgrass

Sowing rate: 50 gms per square metre.

This mixture has been formulated to provide a hard wearing but
attractive lawn to set off the front of any property to its best
advantage. The species used will tolerate closer mowing than the
back lawn mixture, but we advocate cutting no lower than 15mm.
Cutting the grass too short will deprive it of the vital leaves
necessary
for plant survival and strong growth. If you are removing the
grass

clippings from the lawn, remember to feed the lawn. This can be
done with any of the products available to you. Reduce unwanted
weeds from the area to be sown well in advance of sowing your grass
seed.

Any chemical treatments after sowing will hamper plant establishment

and give the appearance of a very patchy lawn
