ALL RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE EXCEPT WHERE YOUR PURCHASE IS DEEMED FAULTY.
When Faulty items have been returned to us, we will refund you the cost of postage in full or we will send a courier to pick up the items.
Damage in Transit
For items delivered via Courier, they must be opened and checked before signing for delivery. Once the delivery is signed for, you have signed to acknowledge that the parcel is in good condition, DO NOT SIGN for the parcel if any of the items purchased are damaged.
For items deliver via RoyalMail, we must be notified in writing (via email) within 3 days of receipt of the delivery.
We will replace the damaged item, except where a replacement cannot be obtained, and we will offer you either a full refund or an alternative product. All our products are fully insured by the carrier and any damaged items must be retained by the customer while an insurance claim is processed, but not for a period in excess of 60 days. We may also request photo evidence for our insurance claim.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order at any point prior to the goods been dispatched. Please contact us before cancelling to ensure your order has not been shipped. You can also check the status of your order in your Account History
All Items can be returned at our discretion for a full refund less postage
and packaging, please email for
more details on a particular item. Please note products costing over £100 will incurr a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total sales price.
UK Mainland Deliveries :-
Delivery on all items is from 1-10 days within UK Mainland ONLY, we will aim to deliver
the items as soon as possible, some larger items may take longer as they are
special orders, delivery will be by Royal Mail or Courier, should you need any
assistance please contact us.
Local deliveries within the encatchment area for food is a set amount of £3.00.

International Deliveries :-
International orders are sent via AirMail (from 5 days), and can vary in time,
because of the high charges on international deliveries you can request Surface
Mail (from 56 days) however this will take much longer for delivery, please
enquire for more details on particular item(s).
Note:If you are purchasing multiple items weighing less than 2kg, you can purchase with seperate orders in order to keep delivery costs down.
We cannot send Food Produce and Aerosols for international destinations.
